Welcome to Stellar Property Inspections. I am Anthony Whitmore, the founder and lead inspector. My approach to property inspections is simple: I evaluate every building as if my own family’s safety and life savings were on the line. As the founder and lead inspector of Stellar Property Inspections, I chose to base this business right here in Olympia Fields because I know and love the South Suburbs, but our boots are on the ground every single day protecting clients across the entire Chicago metro area. I have over 12 year's experience as a Home Inspector.
I have over 5 years as an FHA 203K Consultant.
I am a member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

I adhere to InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics.
I fulfill 24 hours of Continuing Education every year.
